You have probably configured the wrong web default URL in the Server Information for your remedy system.. Visit that configuration and check the setting..

The following error is displayed when Remedy is accessed through the mid tier from an email sent.

ARERR [9217] File not found. Either the file requested is not present or the URL supplied is bad.

How can one make changes to a URL if it’s incorrect?
