In the service target it's the goal time and the 'start when' and stop when'
that affects the status.

Subject: Question on SLM 7.x Incidnet updates

All,

I hope everyone is doing well. I am looking to see if anyone has found the
links that SLM is using to update incidnets when the SLM status is needed
to be changed and would like to share it with me?

Thanks
