Thank you for the clarification, now I see what you're looking for.

There may be several of these with slightly different names, depending
on your implementation. These filters are built on the fly using your
service target criteria. I can however lead you in the right direction
with the following examples from my implementation.

In my environment:

This filter changes the status to "Attached" when your service target
conditions are met

zSLMGen:SLM00224_MeasReqAssoc`!

This filter changes the status to "In Process" when the service target
measurement starts

zSLMGen:HPD:Help Desk_MeasReqStart`!

This filter changes the status to "Detached" when the service target no
longer applies

zSLMGen:HPD:Help Desk_MeasReqDetach`!

This filter changes the status to "Pending" when the service target
measurement is excluded by the Exclusion parameter

zSLMGen:SLM:ServiceRequest_MeasReqExclude`!

This filter changes it back to "Attached"when a service target has been
stopped and has restarted

zSLMGen:HPD:Help Desk_MeasReqReStart`!

Hope that helps,

LisaD

**

Lisa,

Thanks, what I was looking for was the workflow element that do the
updating. I have logging on, but I can not find the element that does
the update.

What I need to do is add additional workflow to update another field at
the smae time that the slm status is changed, but I have had no luck so
far.

In the service target it's the goal time and the 'start when' and stop

(if I've misunderstood what you're asking, sorry)

Subject: Question on SLM 7.x Incidnet updates

All,

I hope everyone is doing well. I am looking to see if anyone has found
the
links that SLM is using to update incidnets when the SLM status is
needed
to be changed and would like to share it with me?

Thanks
