Well, here's the other part. This is the view for the Account Agent that is going to be performing tasks based on the data in the ticket (and its children). So, having all of this in the remedy ticket is really important so they can actually affect the parent task (add notes, some extra data, and close the ticket) all from one view without switching windows and whatnot. So unless I am totally mistaken a stand-alone Crystal report wouldn't quite work any different than the external popup that I have now. The table- List view is perfect for this, again-- it's just not in the right display format. Darn Columnar! :-)
