I understand this (I've actually use this before), but my point is that when I have the Parent Request open in Remedy, I see all the information for the Parent Request (who submitted it, etc). I don't need this information displayed yet again in a Crystal report-- I just want the Child Ticket(s) information displayed somewhere. Whether that is in a Remedy Report or a Crystal Report doesn't matter so much as where that report is ultimately displayed. I just want it embedded in the Parent Request and not a new window :-) Basically, exactly, in every sense, like a Table- List View, but with a different format :-)
