Jase, we had the same problem. I have upgraded to CMDB 2.0.1 patch 007 and this resolved it (at least on the test server). Did you clean the data visualisation module cache on the mid-tier? It may be it is still running the old version of the CI viewer. Other alternative is to try going to patch 7 and see if that fixes the problem for you.
