Hello All,
We just finished upgrading our CMDB to 2.0.1 Patch 006 to resolve our CI
Viewer woes.
I read several earlier posts from listers who had success with the CI Viewer
after installing the above mentioned CMDB patch.
but - now I get the same error/problem as before.
Logged on as admin - CI Viewer works like a charm.
Logged on as non-admin test user - fails every time with the same error.

*The CI Relationship Viewer could not open because the specified root CI
does not exist.
*namespace = BMC.CORE
classname = BMC_BusinessService
datasetid = BMC.ASSET
instanceid = AS001517382E76sDn2RwMg4KEgWvAO

I have verified AL permissions for the CI Viewer are public.
Verified that the instanceid above exists in the BMC:CORE:BaseElement form.
I am totally perplexed as to the cause.

Any suggestions?
