Hi Group,

              I am working on creating a remedy incident ticket when an
email is sent to a particular ticket. I was able to accomplish this by
writing a filter and pushing values to the HPD:InterfaceIncident_Create
form. Now I have a question. I am not able to map the email attachments in
the email messages form to the above form. I was wondering if I need to work
with some other form for this? I am using AR Server 7.1 and Incicdent mgmt
7.0.03.
