Hi Sivarama,
Attachments for Incident are actually stored on the HPD:Worklog form, so
you will need to create workflow to push the attachment(s) to that form.
I believe OOB, the IncidentInterface_Create form only supports one
attachment, so if you require more than one you will need to customize.

Hi Group,
I am working on creating a remedy incident ticket
when an email is sent to a particular ticket. I was able to accomplish
this by writing a filter and pushing values to the
HPD:InterfaceIncident_Create form. Now I have a question. I am not able
to map the email attachments in the email messages form to the above
form. I was wondering if I need to work with some other form for this? I
am using AR Server 7.1 and Incicdent mgmt 7.0.03. <http://7.0.03.>
