Strangely on Firefox I get through, not on IE though.. I just tried a minute ago on IE - got the same error that I attached as a jpeg on the first email, and immediately after that tried it on Firefox and no issues there.. Tried on IE again and the same issue..
I even tried deleting the IE cache just in case Remedy had modified that web page deleting the field, but couldn't still get through using IE.. Strange..
