ITSM 7.0.3 patch 8 ARS 7.1 patch 4 ARS on Windows Remote Oracle DB My approvals don't seem to be binding to change requests when mapped by CI Name. In Application Administration Console I create an approval mapping. The only fields I fill out are the required ones for the mapping (Approval Indicator, Phase Name, Level, etc) and the 'Configuration Item' fields on the Impacted Area tab.
Then I create a change request with a relationship to the same CI. I can send the change request through the entire change process without stopping for a single approval. The approval doesn't bind at the proper phase (or any phase for that matter). What am I missing?
