Having a problem with an ITSM 7.1 Env. The application service password was reset on the ITSM 7.1 server, as a result the arplugin will not load or run properly, arplugin.exe does not stay running and dies eventually on system startup. Arplugin affects many things like the AR Server admin tabs and fields (which we have no access to now), the overview console, apps and approvals to name a few. Does anyone know how and where to set the application service password for all required components on the server (many config files store the password in encrypted format) is there a utility or command line exe that can be used to do this?
