Hello Shafqat, Usually turning on your SQL logs can tell you the cause of such errors.. turn them on and look at the last statements that were successfully executed by the database before the database rolled back transactions.
Trigger the action or actions that cause that error as soon as you turn on your SQL logs and then filter the SQL logs by the user that exectued the actions that triggered the error.
