Hi Group,
I am running into an error when I am trying to create the change
request. The error is as follows *"The operationa categorization information
is invalid for the specified company. Use the menusto select this
information"*. I never encountered such an error before. I did set all the
operational categorization information which was not being used to offline a
couple of days ago but that should not be affecting this process right. It
is not a required field. Can any one please suggest why I am running into
this error. I am on Ar Server 7.1 and change management 7.0.03.
