One other item worth mentioning: Support is adamant that they will not officially support the database copy method. You can do it and they will still provide support, but if the underlying root cause of the problem turns out to be a direct result of the database copy, they will NOT provide a fix. They did say that they would ask Engineering what it would take to make it officially supported, but nothing has come of it yet.
