Have you installed your RKM database yet? If so, create a short knowledgebase article using RKM, then go look at the .xml file it creates. You need to save your Word documents in a .xml file that matches the format the RKM database can read. Most likely, you'll end up creating a macro in Word to format all of your old documents into the new .xml format and copy them into your RKM database.
