There is a nasty little annoying bug introduced in patch 3 for the server
that made me avoid it and 4 till it was fixed in 5...it has to do with a
filter push action set to modify the first record...in that situation, if
there is more than one record to modify it throws an error to the client
about the number exceeding the max records....it was introduced in 3, there
in 4, fixed in 5....so I say if you are going from 2, go straight to 5 for
the server...5 for the client, and I guess 4 for the admin.

re: "can't go to 5" why not?

I need to go from patch 2 to at least patch 3, and was told basically "go to
5... it won't hurt".
