One Idea would be to check the permissions that the user has on the
workstation (their actual windows permissions) - do they have enough
rights to access the crystal reports drivers and the directory that remedy
is trying to write the draft report to .... (just a thought since others
can print from the same workstation)

Subject
ARERR 1658 Error generating Crystal report

**
Hello everyone,

Only one user has a problem printing a crystal report from a helpdesk case
form. Other users can print fine from the same workstation. When the user
with the problem signs on to another workstation the problems occurs only
for him the other users can print without any problems
When a user clicks on a button on the helpdesk form, an active link opens
a window type report that prints the case information. How can I view
what is happening when Crystal report is getting the data from the server
database?.

The client has been reinstalled, the ODBC underscore is checked. The user
has been deleted from the configuration tables and added again. nothing
seems to work.

Thank you.
