If its just a list that you need and not the relationships, you could query the database direction for tables like arschema for forms, actlink for Active Links, filter for Filters and Escalations and char_menu for menus. Spool the results queried to a file.
If you want to pull relational lists the queries would need a few constraints but still doable.
