Ok...look in your server bin dir and see if you have a binary named 'license'...that's the license client...but it's graphical...and can't be run from the command line...if you can get an xserver and xclient together on that box you should be able to do it....or you could as suggested by another poster, just edit the arsystem.lic file

BMC has been helpful and gave us a 5.1 licensing tool, it's supposed to be compatible, but we're getting an ARERR 91 RPC procedure unavailable. Which makes me think it's a different way of licensing. We can wait until Thursday. I have the new machine installed and we're testing it. We had planned to move it tomorrow, but we'll wait until Monday.
