I agree with the above posts - I don't think you can run a standard "downgrade" like that. Easiest approach is to remove everything from your staging server, clear out the database, reinstall ARServer 6.3, then import the code/data from your Production server. This would be safer than attempting to tweak things to downgrade it live.
