I was wondering if anyone here might have an answer to this one: We want to have approvals for a given product categorization for all timing values except No Impact. Does anyone know if there is a way to do this with ITSM 7.0.03 without creating approval rules for that product categorization for every other timing value (ie. 4 rules for each categorization) or custom workflow? From what I can tell, if a rule exists with just the product categorization in it, those approvers get added for all timings and there is no way to remove them or specify an exclusion.
Perhaps creating entirely different approval process phases for No Impact changes? Does anyone else have this working?
