Hi, if it is a deployable application (which ITSM apps are) you should be able to change its state to Maintenance, which should make it unavailable to all users other than administrator. But I personally would agree with Christopher, if making admin changes take the whole server to admin only mode. I don't know of any way to lock just one application, and the way ITSM 7 still shares some tables between apps I wouldn't trust that, anyway. I guess you could temporarily remove the application license and give your users an interesting new error message, but I would rather lock the entire system (during my scheduled maintenance period).
