Hi, I am trying to bring data from a .csv file into my sandbox dataset. I know I can do this thru AIE - however it seemed complicated to set up and will take a while. Documentation mentioned a filehelper which is supposed to be under my CMDB/services folder - which I never found. Is there another way? I have records in BMC.Asset already - should I bring the .csv records into BMC.Asset and let the reconciliation engine resolve the differences? Also where can I find my reconciliation log?
