Tauf, Do me a favor please and check the version/patch of the Remedy ODBC driver in the crystal box.
See another posting under the same subject I just sent a minute ago. Very inefficient queries are being done during the report operation. Assuming that ITSM 7 report's design is already optimum, Remedy ODBC's behavior is the current suspect. James, can you check your ODBC version/patch in your Crystal box as well, please? --- On Mon, 2/9/09, Chowdhury, Tauf <[email protected]> wrote: > From: Chowdhury, Tauf <[email protected]> > Subject: Re: Somebody please run this ITSM 7 report for me > To: [email protected] > Date: Monday, February 9, 2009, 7:45 PM > For your first question, I didn't get the + symbol at > all.
