Thanks Jennifer. I am specifying a specific survey ID. I guess what I do not want is the results pane to appear, where there is only one record in the list. I would like the record to appear full screen without the option to search the survey form.

It’s opening to the results page because of the form name you’re using, i.e. form=SRM%3aSurvey You ought to be able to take the survey and reference a specific survey record, eid=SRV000000000190, by substituting in the survey record number you’re looking for.
