We are in the process of trying to install Patch 7 for ITSM 7.0.03 on a Unix box running Solaris 10 and can't seem to get the install to complete without crashing the server. We have previously installed this patch on 2 other servers with no issues. The difference this time being we are trying to install on a zone rather than the actual physical box also running Solaris 10. Both instances also running ARS 7.1 patch 5. Just curious if anyone else has ran into and issue with this before.
