Hello Listers, I need to create outgoing/incoming mailbox for a group who is requesting to have a separate reply to than most the users on the system. I don't know of any function when creating a filter/escalation notification action to specify a particular outgoing mailbox that is configured, which I need to do for this specific group. The only thing I can think of is creating the record in the AR Email Messages form with the specific non-default outgoing mailbox specified, which I have yet tested to see if it works. Am not sure if there is another way to go about this. Any insight or input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
