I want to create a ticket in Remedy using Outlook Forms. I will
be creating a button "Log Case" in the Outlook Form and on clicking the
"Log Case" button, a ticket should automatically be created in
Remedy filling all the information like Summary, Description,
CTI's, Case Type, Priority, Requestor etc.
Can any one please help me in this case by providing me the
detailed steps of doing this or some sort of source code in the form of
Macros or VB Script or any other script which can be run on clicking the
"Log Case" button on the Outlook form which will directly create
a ticket in Remedy with the details like Summary, Description, CTI's,
Case Type, Priority, Requestor etc. getting filled up automatically in
the
Remedy ticket.
