This is accomplished through setting the Server Information in the Administrator client
1. Default web path: http://remedywebvip/arsys - A vip that ties our web servers together 2. Server alias: remedyappvip - We're in a hardware load balanced environment (vip), server group of 2 Note: In order for this to not break the server grouping, it is necessary to place a line in the ar.cfg for Server-Connect-Name - remedyappserver.domain.com. Must also delete the multilicense files on the servers thus modified prior to restarting them. This change will not take effect until the arservice is restarted. In so doing, I deleted the individually listed servers out of the server list. Everything looks good except for email notifications which still have the individual server in the URL. For the life of me, can't remember where that's configured, any pointers? Thanks!
