The 'Notes' information in TMS:Task comes from TMS:TaskTemplateSelection which gets it from TMS:Template. I've been trying to drill back to where this advanced formating for field happens. I need to prepend some data before the template 'Note' data. Has anyone done this before, BMC Support told me this is not possible (in terms of prepending a text blob like the one below):
