Hello All, Does anyone have any troubles with the "mapping group to role" when user is authenticated in AD?
Having done with logging in to Remedy I see the correct group assigned to external authentication user. AD user group is equal Remedy group in Group Form. Looking through the form of deployable application I do not see the appointment role to the user, but in Roles form I have the correct mapping: Name application - Role name - role id - group It working on production server, but not on development server...
