My error was different from that and what I got appears to be a software bug but we have yet to attempt this install again to find out more. I'll update this thread in case I get a similar error like yourself..

While I do not clearly recall the options I had selected during the install, I am quite certain CMDB and its prerequisites were the only systems I had chosen to install. Attempted again and we deleted two records (View related incident … and View related problem Inv…) from the “BMC.CORE.CONFIG:BMC_FederatedInterface” form and changed the server submitter mode to “Changeable” before install.
