Dear All, I have created an Java AREA Plugin for custom authentication. The plugin successfully authenticates requests made from remedythick cleint. Now i need to enable the remedy web interface to use the same plugin.
I have a java implementation with me that does this. This is achieved by implementaing a class that extends the com.remedy.arsys.session.Authenticator class. I do not see this class in the version 7.1 api. Kindly direct me on how the objective can be achieved.
