Anne, This kind of functionality is built-into our ESS @ Work solution. Our Configuration Data Management (CDM) application allows our Administrators to synchronize environments without the fear of losing precious data. You can easily compare data between servers and then transfer as required, we do data integrity checks and track updates via a Change Log. This is not a bolt-on application for ESS, it is built-in. Also note that there is no additional cost for ESS @ Work on a test or development server adding additional value to an already mature and proven enterprise solution.
