Maybe a network issue, between the arsystem box and mail server.

What changes did you make? It sounds like it can't connect to the mail server.

It sounds more like you're logging into the mail server with an account that's
different than what you've specified as the sender e-mail address in your
mailbox configuration. For example, if you're logging into an Exchange server
as "serveraccount", but you've got the From address in Remedy configured as
"[email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>", then you're
effectively trying to send e-mail as a different user than you're logged in as,
and the mail server needs to be configured so that you have that permission.

I think it means that the login that the Remedy Email Engine uses to login to
your email server does not have rights to send emails.

Hello All,

I getting the following error :

Client does not have permissions to send as this sender in Remedy

Does anybody know, what could be the reason.
