You'll have to do it in multiple steps. If you're doing it via the HPD:IncidentInterface_Create form, first create the Incident and capture the Incident Number. You can probably also include your first Work Info entry when you create the Incident. You then need to update the Incident using the IncidentInterface form for the additional work info entries. Alternatively, once you've created the Incident, you may be able to simply push the additional entries directly to the HPD:WorkLog form. That's probably easier than trying to add them using the IncidentInterface form.
