Subject: Regarding email user instructions...

**
Hi,

I am stuck up with a problem

I have written a email user instruction template to do a query action on
helpdesk form for tickets with status "urgent"(Instruction - Urgent)

I have created a specific incoming mailbox for this and have associated
it with AR-outing mail box

Now i tried sending a mail to the specific incoming mail box from
outlook with Action: Urgent as command in the body

The email was recieved in the AR Email messages form and i could also
see the reply being sent out with the same subject line from the remedy
mail box

But the problem is the outgoing mail(which i recieved as a reply) didnt
have anything in its body, It was a blank mail.

How do i rectify this

Any help will be really appreciated

Regards,
Kiran
