Lyle, Thank you, this seems to be the case. After approximately two hours, the service successfully started and the AR System Object Relationships form was populated.
It's a shame, though, that there is no equivalent to the 'Item Details' field from the object_search_details 6.x form. That field was a great boon when searching string values in workflow objects in the absence of SQL queries or a better tool.
