Ok I didnt state what does not work. It partially works, meaning, you cannot use the second parameter on the web (path of the file). It does automatically open the file browser, but will not automatically add the attachment.
Even the help on the function clearly says that the automatic addition of the file to the field will not work over the web. Did you somehow got that to work? Even the manuals and the Help files say that it works only on the Windows User tool.
