Hi All, Has anyone tried to apply this patch?
I tried it on two separate Windows 7.5.01 systems and the installer ignores the installed versions and does a fresh install each time. I would expect it to just apply the Patch 1 changes as previous ITSM patches have done. The documntation implies that it should just apply the patch changes and the directory structures created by the patch installer support this.
