We have 4 7.1 patch 006 MT servers running on a load balancer. One of them gives the error ARERR 623 when we try to access it. This is typically an error shown when you have the wrong mid-tier password. In this case though we have re-set the password in the Server, bounced hte server, and re-set the password in all 4 mid-tier servers. Just that same one has the problem. Ideas? I'm stumped.
