Do you have the ability to hit all 4 manually bypassing the load balancer?....does one of them still give an error?

One of them gives the error ARERR 623 when we try to access it. This is typically an error shown when you have the wrong mid-tier password. In this case though we have re-set the password in the Server, bounced hte server, and re-set the password in all 4 mid-tier servers. Just that same one has the problem. Ideas? I'm stumped.
