I am an ITSM 7.x newbie trying to simply setup a test environment so I
can begin to learn how it works. I installed ARS 7.5 and Atrium and ITSM
7.6. I went through some of the very basic application configuration
setup steps and defined a company etc. When I create an incident and try
to attach a service to it there are none available. Where are they
defined? I am totally new to ITSM 7.x and the CMDB so this is a bit
overwhelming to me.
