Yeah, that works too.  My reason for making it a prefix is that I like to be 
able to see at a glance everything I've modified.  Using a prefix allows me to 
easily group it all together.  Then I can say, "ok, these are the things I've 
modified.  Did the patch affect any of the original items?"  With a well 
defined suffix and the ability to easily filter in Developer Studio, that may 
be less of an issue.

I also prefer to use a suffix(if not a phase 1 filter), then it is
easier to see which object that has been changed when patching and
upgrading. Easy to sort on the name, and then see which object that
has been changed.

As you mention, with version 7.5 it may be easier to track changes
using the modification tracking....
