People have been using Remedy on Blackberry and Palm devices for years. Aeroprise, MobileReach, and a slew of other companies have written apps and plugins to do just that. If you are trying to do it without one of those apps, you could size down a view of a form and view it on any device that can run a browser. I would recommend that you make a small front-end form for that use, so that all of the Active Links associated with a big form won't load onto the device and eat up its memory.
