In my experience, once you have created a Business Time Segment of Unavailable 
time, it cannot be edited.  I create a new one for the holidays in each fiscal 
year once they are published.  If you need to change an existing one, you 
probably will have to recreate it with the changes you need to make, and delete 
the existing one.
