Does anyone know where in BMC Remedy 7.5 documentation it is discussed how to create/manage services.
The field I am referring to is on the Incident form, Service*+. I understand services are CI's and need to be related, and I am able to create these and get them to work, but I would like to better understand how and why they work. I cannot seem to locate any documentation on this topic.
