Ok so I have figured out how to get my close down approvals to fire. Now the issue is the following: The close down approval only start IF status=Completed and statusreason=Final Review Required. What I would like is for users to be able to select "successful" or "successful w/ issues" AND have the close down approval start regardless of what status reason they select.
Also, once the ticket is approved, I'd like for the status=Closed AND Status Reason=whatever the user had selected (successful or unsuccessful). I've tried to create a new rule but I am receiving error "This record already exists. Please verify or reselect your field entries and try again" ARERR 40000. Is my request possible?
