Interesting point Danny, at the moment I'm working on a Service Now implementation (sorry guys!) and their Saas offering allows for customisations.
As an aside I'm finding that their product is very interesting in terms of its features, functionality and how their proposition is structured. Looking forward to how BMC compare.
